Tay and SK's third album ranges from the humorous "我想發達" ("I want to get rich") to the wistful reflections of an Olympic-level athlete, packing an album's worth of twists and turns into just 11 minutes. The singalong songs of "Sea to Sky" and "Ben Franklin" are inspired by family visits to those Vancouver attractions. "If" is a standout track that combines magical fantasy with an appreciation for HK style milk tea and egg waffles. Grandma plays a boomwhacker on "Da Da Da..." and sings on "飛".
